Return & Exchange Window

We offer aΒ 3-day return and exchange window. You must submit a return or exchange request withinΒ 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period willΒ not be accepted under any circumstances.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to cases where the product is delivered in aΒ damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is raised withinΒ 3 days of delivery

  • The product isΒ unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, labels, and packagingΒ are intact

  • AΒ mandatory unboxing videoΒ clearly showing the package being opened from start to finish is provided

  • Clear imagesΒ of the damaged or defective product are provided

  • Valid proof of purchaseΒ is available

Failure to provide the required unboxing video and product images will result inΒ automatic rejectionΒ of the request.


Partial COD Payment Policy

For orders placed using the Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable.

In case of:

  • Order cancellation by the customer
  • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery
  • Failure to receive the order
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Any return, exchange, or refund request

the Partial COD advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The advance payment is collected to cover order processing, production, packaging, and shipping-related costs and is therefore non-refundable.

By placing a Partial COD order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Return & Exchange Fee

AΒ mandatory fee of β‚Ή100Β is applicable for all returns and exchanges. This fee covers reverse shipping, handling, and quality inspection.

  • ForΒ exchanges, the β‚Ή100 fee must beΒ paid in advanceΒ before the exchange is processed and the replacement product is dispatched.

  • ForΒ returns with refunds, the β‚Ή100 fee must beΒ paid in advance, and the same β‚Ή100 amount will beΒ deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Return or exchange processing will beginΒ only after the β‚Ή100 fee is paid.

  • This fee isΒ non-refundable.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted only through email.

To initiate a request:

Send us an email at streetnovaoriginal@gmail.com with your order details along with:

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Our quality team will review your request.
You will be notified of the approval or rejection.

Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted or processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive aΒ damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must submit a request withinΒ 3 days of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video and images.

Once verified and approved, Street Nova will offer one of the following at its sole discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

  • Exchange Products will be Delivered within 5 to 7 daysΒ 
  • Replacement Products will be Delivered within 5 to 7 days

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to:

  • Payment of theΒ mandatory β‚Ή100 exchange fee in advance

  • Product availability

  • Successful quality inspection of the returned item

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only forΒ approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • TheΒ β‚Ή100 return fee must be paid in advance

  • The β‚Ή100 fee will also beΒ deducted from the refund amount

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to theΒ original payment method

  • Refunds will be credited withinΒ 3-5 working days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Cancellation Policy

OrdersΒ cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
