Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India

  • No minimum order value required

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available

  • Street Nova reserves the right to restrict COD for certain pin codes or orders at its discretion

Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Delhivery, our trusted logistics partner.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via:

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking details provided.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Street Nova will not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

⚠️ No refunds will be issued for RTO orders.
Re-shipment, if requested, may be subject to additional charges.

Lost Shipments

Shipments will be considered lost as per standard e-commerce and courier partner guidelines.

In such cases, Street Nova will evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement, as applicable, after confirmation from the courier partner.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible cases may be offered a refund or replacement based on verification and approval.
